New Year New You Series

Our New Year New You Series is a three-part workshop experience designed to help you gain clarity, build better habits, and take intentional steps toward the life you want.

Join us for one workshop or all three:

Whether your aspiration is personal or professional, Name Your Year is a hands-on workshop that helps you stop making a long list of impossible goals and instead focus your intention on one powerful word or concept for the year ahead.

In this class, we will guide you through answering the question:
“One year from now, I would be more effective if…”

You’ll leave with a clear, meaningful “name” for your year that anchors your decisions and goals.

Our Vision Boards workshop is an experience that brings clarity to what you really want, creates space and time to map out your ideal outcomes, and uses a method to clear out the natural “gunk” that arises in our lives.

All the tools you need to create your own powerful vision board will be provided. All we ask is that you bring:

• An open mind
• A positive attitude
• A favorite picture of yourself

You’ll walk away with a visual representation of your intentions for the year.

House of Shine has created a customized Atomic Habits workshop inspired by the New York Times bestseller book. In this session, you will reshape how you think about progress and learn tools and techniques to transform your habits.

This workshop is for anyone looking to set a specific goal—whether you want to achieve a lofty athletic challenge, quit smoking, read more, or increase work productivity, this class is for you.

It is not required to take all three workshops, but it is highly recommended. Together, they form our New Year New You Series and build on one another for maximum impact.
