Don’t worry we’re not gonna change what we’ve got cooking, but you may want to at home, just a little bit. During this unique experience on Saturday, January 11th, culinary director Nino Mancari will showcase some of our favorite ways to pack a full flavored punch into a series of lighter, healthier dishes, from everyday to Sunday supper ideas.
In addition to the cooking lesson, attendees will also enjoy a wine tasting and intimate and informative food chats with Chef Nino and Ryan Richard, the owner of East View Farms.
