Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath

Settle into a comfortable position and enjoy the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Allow yourself to rest, relax, and reconnect with yourself.

What Is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a relaxing experience where you simply lie down or sit comfortably while listening to the gentle tones of crystal singing bowls. There's nothing you need to do or achieve. Just relax and enjoy the experience.

No previous meditation or sound bath experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!

What to Bring

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort. Feel free to bring an eye pillow or anything else that helps you relax.
