Meteor Shower Hike @ San Francisco's Tallest Peak: Mount Davidson!
Shooting stars, great views & friends... it's the perfect night!!
One of the best meteor showers of the year is coming up, and is Mount Davidson is the place to be! This hike is short and sweet at 1 mile in length, and perfect for a night hike! Mount Davidson is a hidden gem, and SF's highest point, giving us an even better viewing for the night sky!.. Let's hike the summit for some meteor shower magic!
First, we will begin the night at a local cocktail lounge for a some mingling and good conversation. When everyone has arrived, we will make our way to the trailhead, and start our climb through the eucalyptus forest and tree canopy covered trails. As we climb this beautiful urban hidden gem, we'll arrive at the summit withamazing views of the downtown skyline! You'll witness our city from San Francisco's highest natural point at 928 feet above sea level! The summit is where we will lounge on blankets and enjoy the meteor shower! Be prepared for a night full of sparkle and magic!
What to expect:
A fun night filled with good friends new and old, great vibes, amazing views and shooting stars! This awesome hike is easy enough to do at night, and perfect for viewing the meteor shower! First we will meet at a cocktail lounge mingling and good conversation, then off to Mount Davidson, the best place in the City for viewing the meteor shower!
