YES, it’s TRUE! CFBC is hosting a “Choose Your Own Adventure” 🏆Competition🏆 in January 2025!!! (And EVERYTHING IS INSIDE!!) no weather issues here! We’d ❤️LOVE❤️ lots of fitness fanatics to come compete! This competition is 🤩DIFFERENT🤩… teams of 2 (MM, FF, MF) will be IN CONTROL of their workout journey! Teams will experience an element of strategic choice in each WOD!
WODs are already released! No surprises!! Plenty of time to pick your strategies and practice! 😈
