This Full Moon in Cancer is deeply connected to the body, emotions, safety, and release. It illuminates what is ready to be felt, softened, and cleared — making it a powerful moment for Rebirthing Breathwork and conscious manifestation of the year ahead.
This Rebirthing Breathwork journey is led by Dawid and Ania of @deepbreath.ie, creating a grounded, safe, and deeply attuned space for inner exploration and transformation. Rebirthing Breathwork is a conscious connected breathing technique that bypasses the thinking mind and brings you directly into the body. Through the breath, stored emotional material can surface and release, creating space for regulation, integration, and clarity. You don’t “do” anything — you allow the breath to move you.
During this evening, breath becomes the gateway.
Sound becomes the guide.
As the breath deepens, the ancient vibration of the gong and didgeridoo supports the nervous system, helping the body surrender into safety and flow. We are honoured to welcome special guest Marcin @didgeridoo.jedi, whose didgeridoo brings deep, grounding, primal frequencies.
