New Year Intention Gathering

As one cycle completes and another begins, you are invited into a sacred pause.

This New Year Intention Gathering, guided by Karen the Yogini, is a conscious journey of remembering, releasing, and realigning with what truly matters to you. Before we rush forward, we first arrive.

The gathering opens with a slow, meditative Yin yoga practice, inviting the body to soften and the mind to become still. In this quiet space, we turn inward and gently reflect on the year that has passed. We honour the blessings received, the lessons learned, and the strength that carried us through. With awareness and compassion, we also acknowledge what is complete and ready to be released.

There will be a nourishing pause with mindful refreshments, offering space for journaling, contemplation, or simply being with yourself. From stillness, we begin to awaken. A more dynamic yoga practice follows, welcoming movement, breath, and renewed vitality. Here, intention becomes embodied. We consciously create space for what we wish to call in, planting seeds for the qualities, experiences, and ways of being we choose to nurture in the year ahead.

The journey concludes with a simple fire ritual, a symbolic act of release and renewal. What no longer serves is offered to the flames, making room for clarity, growth, and transformation.

Afterwards, you are warmly invited to stay, connect, and share food together in the café, grounding the experience in community and presence.

This gathering is open to all. No prior yoga experience is needed, only a willingness to arrive with an open heart.
