Join us for a relaxed, no-pressure hike to ease into the new year with fresh air, gentle movement, and good company. This is not about goals, resolutions, or pushing yourself—it’s simply an invitation to connect, move your body in a supportive way, and spend time outdoors together.
We’ll meet at First Landing State Park and enjoy about 2.5 leisurely miles on some of the park’s beautiful trails. Come as you are. Walk at your own pace. Talk, listen, or just soak it all in.
