What to Expect:

✨ Journal Your New Year Intentions Bring your jounral and a pen. We will open with guided prompts to open your mind to what is possible for you this year and what you intend to manifest into your life!

✨ Guided Meditation with Cacao Sip on heartwarming cerimonial cacao as we guide you through a meditation to center your mind and open your heart.

✨ Sound Bath & ReikiLay down, relax, and let the soothing sounds of the sound bath carry you on a journey of peace and renewal. Jessica will offer reiki, while Kayla and Stephanie play relaxing instruments to elevate your experience.

✨ Community Potluck This is our time to connect, laugh, and share our experience with each other. Please bring something to share with the group. Bring what you love. Even if its a bag of chips!

Bring two blankets and a pillow!! Trust me! You will want a blanket on the grass and another blanket to cover you! It gets chilly ! Get cozy! Blankets work better than yoga mats.

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking, pull cards, and settle in!
