What to expect:
Meet on the beach at 11:00am to start the session.
Starting with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body.
There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5-10 minutes which helps us drop into body.
Followed by approx. 1hr 15 mins music journey played through wireless headsets (provided) which is a wave of different genres and rhythms for free movement.
Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. 😊
It’s a very warm, non-judgement and welcoming space to let go, have fun and be free to dance like no-one is watching!

The costs of this Dance Free event is covered solely on your donations. Thank you kindly for your support. Please book ONE ticket per headset. Eventbrite booking link is in 'tickets' above.

* Keep moving as much or little as you feel
* Respect others mindful of other's space & freedom of expression
* Alcohol/drug free clear mind to embrace mindful movement
* Be free ~ Dance however you feel!

Meeting place: Anderby Creek Beach in front of the beach car park at 10:55am.
Travel: We recommend car sharing or travelling by public transport, walking or cycling to our events where possible.
