breathwork is a experiential method for accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness for personal discovery, healing and transformation. Laying comfortably on a mat each participant uses the power of their own breath along with the loud evocative music to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. Participants are encouraged to work with what authentically emerges, to lean in to the experience, to amplify it and express everything to its fullest extent.

Every experience is unique, but participants commonly report that they feel profound, powerful, meaningful, deeply transformative and cathartic.
