New Year Beach Art and Nature Walk

Michelle and Heather invite you to join us on Sunday, January 4th for a walk on the beach to mark the transition to a new year. Our walk will include nature-based art-making, self-reflective writing and contemplation, music, and sharing with community. We will meet at the 92 Woodbine Bus loop. Please aim to arrive between 10:50 and 11am, as we will start promptly at 11.
Please bring a journal or notepad and pen.
We will be writing inside the Boardwalk Café space, so bring money if you'd like to buy a drink or snack.
Dress for a couple of hours outside in the weather, though as noted, we will have an indoor break. No strenuous hiking is involved. We will take a gentle walk across the sand of the beach, as well as on the paved and dirt paths around it.
This event is free, but we welcome pay-what-you-can donations to help cover costs.
