Session One
The intention of this wellness session is set to clear your mind and bring you into focus with Hatha Yoga at its heart. Bringing more consciousness of Mind and Body connection. Sam will guide you with a gentle approach so suitable for all levels of experience.
Session Two
Noreen will be holding space for you to explore different Meditation techniques and gentle Breathwork bringing clarity and relaxation before enjoying a healthy nutritious lunch.
Session Three
To truly set you at peace and send you into the spa feeling as relaxed as possible Noreen will treat you to a beautiful Soundbath to help you forget all your stresses, allowing your mind & body to rest & reset.
