This class will cover safe salsa recipes for canning, proper acidity, ingredient ratios, safe practices, hands-on canning using tested salsa recipes, and required equipment and step-by-step procedures. Participants will leave with a jar of homemade salsa and the skills to can more at home! Handouts, canning supplies, jars, and ingredients are all included with your fee. Space is limited—only 8 participants per class—so don’t wait to register! For more information, contact Amanda Johnson at [email protected]
