New/Used Sailboat Evaluation

Join us in person for a fun and lively dive into the world of sailboats: Types of uses of different types of sailboats, hull, deck, keel and rudder structural integrity, and moving up into the rigging for a discussion on standing and running rigging, stays, shrouds, structural attachments, and various lines, and the sails.

Speakers will be:

• Collin Carithers: Collin is a degreed naval architect currently employed by Silver Ships, Mobile as a manager responsible for vessel quality control and customer relations.
• Rick Zern: Master of many trades: Marine Biologist, Sail Maker, Rigging Expert and yacht broker.
