About this Event
Our new summer cocktail menu has arrived at the same time as the grand opening of our outdoor patio space at Café Largesse and we’re inviting a small group of special guests to experience it first.
Join us Saturday, June 6, from 5-7pm for an intimate evening celebrating an entirely new collection of seasonal drinks created in collaboration with award-winning sommelier & cocktail creator Dean Small, finalist of the Bacardi Cocktail Competition.
This evening will also include ourPatio Reveal,live music outside, and aspecial summer revealwe can’t wait to share.
The menu was designed for summer at Largesse - crisp citrus, floral garden notes, smoky agave spirits and other refreshing summer flavors in a cocktail collection made for refreshing mornings, long afternoons and indulgent evenings.
Featured Summer Cocktails:
● Hugo Spritz — Bright elderflower, fresh mint, and sparkling prosecco that tastes like an afternoon on the Italian coast.
● Strawberry Basil Spritz — Sun-ripened strawberry, Aperol, sparkling prosecco, and black pepper with a basil garnish combine into a spritz that’s a little sweet and a little spicy.
● Paper Plane — A perfectly balanced mix of bourbon, Aperol, lemon, and Amaro Nonino that starts smooth with a citrus finish.
● Garden Party — Crisp cucumber, elderflower, citrus mixed with gin or vodka creates an elegant garden-inspired cocktail that’s impossibly refreshing.
● Ginge-rita — Bright citrus and subtle ginger give this margarita a fresh, lively twist made for summer evenings.
● Golden Smoke Old Fashioned — Smoky mezcal, smooth tequila, black walnut bitters and a hint of cinnamon come together in a rich, slow-burning cocktail with a subtle citrus finish.
● Espresso Martini — Dark espresso and silky sweetness that’s equal parts energizing and indulgent perfect for morning, day and dessert.
● White Russian — A nostalgic classic reimagined with creamy richness, coffee notes, and an effortlessly cozy finish.
