Be advised, this is a three part SAME DAY course certification that requires live fire qualification*

C OURSE REQUIREMENTS:

1. A Positive Attitude ?
2. You must be a resident or “qualified“ non resident of South Carolina
3. BRING a VALID Government-issued ID
4. You must be legally authorized to possess a firearm (No felonies, dishonorable discharges, domestic violence charges, orders of restraint)

• Liability and Responsibility Issues Relating to Firearms
• Proper Interaction with Law Enforcement

2. 50 QUESTION MULTIPLE CHOICE TEST

A minimum passing score of 70% is required on the written exam (no one has ever scored less than a 90%)

3. Firearms Safety, Competency and Live Fire Operation

• Firearms Safety and Operation
• The Four Cardinal Firearms Safety Rules
• Handgun Safety, Manipulation, and Operation
• “Cocked and Locked” carrying of a firearm.
• Properly securing a firearm in a holster.
• Proper Concealment Techniques and Drawing from Concealment

You will shoot a minimum of 25 rounds on target to qualify for your South Carolina Concealed Weapons Permit.
