SHEETCAKE DECORATING WORKSHOPAnother new class teaching you one of the current Instagram trends - the Sheetcake! In this class you will learn to make a piped sheet cake, make buttercream, create sugar work and chocolate decorations. You will also make mini chocolate bars, sugar work , as well as mastering some of the most popular nozzles. All this in the colour scheme of your choice and taken home in a beautiful presentation gift box!
What to expect:
You'll be provided with everything you need to create your own beautiful piped sheetcake
Receive Liz's perfect sheetcake recipe
Learn how to create a lovely smooth and fluffy buttercream to cover your cake
Colour your buttercream to suit your scheme
Master some of the most popular nozzles to create a beautiful piped effect
Make mini chocolate bars and sugarpaste decorations to compliment your piping
Tea, coffee and delicious home-baked treats will be provided
