Learn or hone the foundations, find your rhythm, and learn to move with more confidence and flow.
Zouk Solo, Connection & Body Movement – Wednesdays 18:00–19:30 (Sept 2–Dec 10)
Master posture, frame, elasticity and connection skills—solo and partner work for stronger partner dancing.
Zouk Challenge Class – Wednesdays 19:30–21:00 (Sept 2–Dec 10) (Invite only)
More complex patterns, head movement, and technique for experienced dancers.
Lambada from Zero – Thursdays 18:00–19:30 (Sept 3–Dec 11)
Dive into the playful, flowing style that gave birth to Brazilian Zouk.
