A new life-saving SaveStation® has been placed near you at the popular St. Luke's Park, a busy community hub just off popular Elgin Street.
A SaveStation houses an AED (defibrillator) that is available for anyone to use, 24/7 in case of a sudden cardiac arrest.
Join us on Wed, Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. as this amzing community resource is officially 'ready for rescue'! This SaveStation® and AED were generously donated to the City of Ottawa by
Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) can happen to anyone. When SCA strikes we are highly dependent on the public to step in and help. Every second counts: starting CPR immediately and using an AED can increase survival rates by up to 75% or more. empowers people to save lives by providing quick public access to life-saving AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) in 24/7 accessible climate controlled, alarmed and monitored outdoor cabinets.
