SingleFile winery was co-founded by geologists Phil and Viv Snowden in 2007 and they've been making delicious wines as a family ever since! “What drives the entire Singlefile family is the desire to craft wines at the top of their game, manifested in the Latin motto on Singlefile’s crest, Semper Superne Nitens – “the pursuit of excellence”.
This tasting includes some delicious cheese & charcuterie. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
To ensure we start the tasting on time, please arrive a few minutes prior to the event.
