About this Event
New perspectives on strategy
How is the approach to strategy changing? How can organisations deal with uncertain futures - and what strategy capabilities do they need?
This breakfast seminar will explore these questions with organisational leaders and senior managers who want to encourage fresh thinking, build the strategic abilities of their teams, and help their organisations navigate more uncertain times.
The Strategy Insights programme led by David Booth, Fellow of the Strategic Planning Society, aims to encourage organisations to consider their approach to strategy and how they might strengthen their strategy capabilities.
"Strategy is no longer about finding a favourable position in a well-defined industry and exploiting a long-term competitive advantage: it’s about building dynamic capabilities to cope with changing conditions and turbulent times.“
Professor Kurt Verweire, ‘' (Lannoo, 2023)
