Angelo Rondello pianist

Pianist, educator and cultural ambassador Angelo Rondello’s playing has been described as “fascinating, enthralling, magnetic” (Philippine Star), and “a true tour-de-force such as not often encountered.” (Classical Voice of North Carolina). His work as soloist, chamber musician, and teacher has brought him to Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines, Norway, Italy, Hungary and throughout the USA. A champion of living composers, he has commissioned works by, collaborated with, and performed US/foreign/world premieres of works by such notable composers as Knut Vaage, Samuel Jones, Gordon Chin, Szilard Kovacs and others. In Seattle, he has performed with North Corner Chamber Orchestra, Seattle Modern Orchestra, Philharmonia NW, Lake Union Civic Orchestra, Cascade Symphony, Seattle Festival Orchestra and others.

Andriy Igorovich Sovetov composer, pianist

Andriy Sovetov discovered his passion for composition in middle school, inspired by his band director's introduction to Sibelius. He later pursued a degree in classical music and composition, where he also developed a strong interest in film and game music. Since then, Andriy has engaged in various musical projects, from recording classical piano pieces to collaborating with musicians on his compositions and contributing to indie soundtracks.

His work has garnered recognition, including two nominations as a finalist for the Morton Gould Young Composers Award and four nominations for the American Prize in Composition, with particular acclaim for his first and second piano concertos. Now based in Los Angeles after relocating from Colorado, Andriy looks forward to connecting with fellow musicians, music directors, and chamber ensembles, as well as presenting his original works in concert settings.
