We’ll begin by exploring the energy of this lunation — how Sagittarius invites us to expand our horizons, embrace truth, and reconnect with our inner fire and faith. This is a beautiful opportunity to release limitations, welcome optimism, and plant seeds for growth, adventure, and deeper purpose.
From there, we’ll move through a gentle Hatha yoga flow focused on grounding and inward reflection. These poses help calm the nervous system, release tension, and open space for new beginnings — mirroring the moon’s quiet renewal in darkness.
You’ll then be guided through an intention-setting meditation while immersed in the soothing tones of chakra singing bowls, allowing your body and mind to rest deeply while your energy realigns.
