New Moon Yoga & Sound Bath Event at The Orange Show Foundation

Everyone is Welcome to come join in the New Moon Yoga & Sound Bath Event presented by Yeauxga4all and The Orange Show Foundation

Wednesday January 29, 2025. 7pm - 8:30pm

Donation based (Minimum $20) Yoga Gathering that includes Gentle Yoga, Sound Baths, and Manifestation Meditation.

The yoga movement is wonderful for your physical body helping to release tension and stress you maybe carrying. The Sound Bath is very healing for mental and emotional stress and anxiety. The Manifestation Meditation is to help you become clear and focused on what you want to achieve, or bring in new to your life for the next cycle and for the next year. Will include writing your thoughts, visions, or goals down for yourself to use in your Meditation.

We will begin to set our goals, desires, or manifestations for 2025

Bring Yoga mat, towel, water, and a journal and pen. If you have them bring yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. There will be some extra Yoga mats, blocks, blankets for those that do not have any.

We will be under the covered building at The Orange Show. Anyone can come join in.

It's all Donation based, the suggested minimum Donation is $20.
