New Moon Yoga & Meditation on Hollywood Beach

Why: An opportunity to let the power of the NEW MOON reboot your inner self to a higher degree. The moon pours down a tremendous amount of energy, remember that whatever is going on in your body, mind, and spirit will be amplified. A perfect time to help us gain awareness in places we weren’t necessarily looking. Join us to breathe, chant, elevate, and open our hearts.

Where: Behind Hollywood Cultural Arts center on the beach. Directions below.

When: Oct 6th @ 7:30 PM - on the sand of Hollywood Beach, Fl

Bring water, a yoga mat /or a blanket to lay on the sand plus something to keep you warm during rest after the yoga.

This all-level, family-friendly class combines kriya yoga with simple restorative postures and meditation, ending with an extended savasana to soak up the moonlight. Expect to dive deeply into inward reflection and grounding in relation to the energy of the moon.

On A1A turn into Azalea Terrace (just past The Summit) which is just south of Hollywood Blvd and park behind the Hollywood Cultural Center, and walk onto the beach.
