During the new moon circle, participants will learn about the Zodiac sign the moon is in at the time of the circle, how to work with the energy of the zodiac and moon to set intentions and how to continue working with their intentions through out the lunar cycles.We will start by learning about the moon's phases and the significance of the new moon. We'll do asanas to connect mind/body and come into the present moment, go through a meditation, do some journaling to see where our subconscious and conscious minds might be leading us to set an intention.
Then, we will do an intention setting ritual. Throughout, there will be opportunities for participants to share and learn from each other.
