Cacao Heart-Opening Ceremony
Sip ceremonial-grade cacao, revered for its heart-opening properties, as we enjoy a guided meditation. The cacao ceremony allows us to deepen our connection to ourselves and embrace self-love.

Journaling & Intention Setting
Explore personal insights with journal prompts crafted for the new moon. This is a time to release what no longer serves us and plant seeds of intention for the cycle ahead.

Guided Meditation & Sound Bath
Unwind with a guided meditation that will lead into a deeply restorative sound bath, bathing you in calming frequencies to enhance relaxation, self-discovery, and connection to your inner wisdom.
