New Moon Woman is delighted to welcome Jenn Peterson owner of Infusion yoga & pilates studio to share with our sisterhood the magic of conscious movement under a beautiful Autum harvest new moon sky~ (Bring your yoga mats)There are many forms of movement. Most movement comes from our minds moving our bodies looking for a certain result or outcome. Embodied flow is about learning to listen to your body, not with your ears or with your mind but through your senses.
It’s about learning to allow your body to move you and experience the elements as they are alive within you.
Embodied flow is not a series of movements that can be taught but rather an opportunity to be curious, to explore the soft animal of your body and move from deep within your bones.
Embodied flow teaches us to be deeply attuned to the rhythm of our bodies and the earth. It reminds us that the song of the divine is alive within us and weaves through every fiber of our being and when we learn to listen, we are guided with grace through each and every moment.
The New Moon Woman Circle is Open to all Women
