Be gently transported by the unique tones of this magical 105cm titanium gong, created entirely by hand by a third generation German Silversmith, who has been hammering gongs since he was 12 years old.
Titanium is one of the hardest metals known, and it takes a HUGE amount of focus, practice, strength, dedication and devotion to do this.
If anyone of us tried with all our might to put a dent on a sheet of titanium 4mm thick, lying flat on a steel table, we would not even put a mark on it! Yet he has to systematically dent the entire face of the gong, using a hammer with a tiny head, to make it sing....
It takes him 2 weeks of hammering daily to do this!
Then he created the artwork, and the gong is fired... using a blow torch and a huge firepit... till it turns blue... extemely hot!!
and the result is... pure magic....
Michael as the player, must become as irrelevant as possible, to allow the clearest tones to be spoken through his hands...
As a recipient, all you have to do is lie down and relax... and prepare to be transported beyond time and space.... into the realm of Divine Unity.... 🤩
