🎶 What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you rest comfortably while being guided by sound frequencies from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic tools.

The vibrations help to:
Calm the nervous system
Support deep rest and relaxation
Shift the body into restorative states
Release stored tension
No experience is required—simply lie down, get comfortable, and receive.

🍫 Sacred Ceremonial Cacao
We will be offering ceremonial cacao, an ethically sourced, high-quality cacao traditionally used in heart-opening rituals and meditation practices.

Ceremonial cacao is known to:
Gently open the heart space
Enhance emotional clarity and connection
Support meditation and intention setting
Promote feelings of warmth, grounding, and presence
Cacao is optional. Herbal tea will also be available.

Ceremonial cacao is optional. While generally gentle, it may not be suitable for everyone.
Please refrain from cacao if you:

Are taking antidepressants, MAOIs, or certain heart or blood pressure medications
Have a heart condition or have been advised to avoid stimulants
