This evening is a few days before the new moon in Taurus which represents a time for deeply relaxing, releasing tension, and connecting with your inner self so that you may feel grounded and centered. Leave feeling a sense of peace, clarity, and stabilized energy. We'll open with intentions and pull oracle cards for intuitive guidance as you journey inwardly through the hypnotic sounds. Bring your crystals to place on and around your body, any sentimental belongings, or water so they may be charged by the vibrational healing sounds and the collective intentions.
About Jennifer: Jennifer Escalera is a Metaphysical Instructor, Intuitive Healing Practitioner, Mom, and Chicana Owner of The Mystic Living School. Jennifer’s passion is empowering other WOC Empaths, Creatives, and Leaders to develop their unique healing gifts and abilities to heal themselves and help others do the same. She has worked in the healing and spiritual arts since 1998 specializing in healing childhood and ancestral trauma, stress management, and self-worth. Jennifer provides mentorship programs through her Energy Healing Practitioner Certification Program, Soulpreneurship, and offers 1:1 sessions, community healing circles, workshops, and special events. Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave and will begin check-in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.
Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
