Mishana’s Mary DiMeglio invites you to experience the medicine of vibration through sound! After dropping in with a guided meditation, lay back to receive the sacred frequencies of a Paiste 24“ Uranus planetary gong, buffalo drum, crystal bowls, best-in-the-world bronze singing bowls handmade in India, and more!
Scientific research shows the frequency of sound waves lowers anxiety and blood pressure. The frequencies massage you on a cellular level, washing away stress, pain and energetic blocks. As you sink into theta brainwave state, the body and mind heals itself. Our studio has incredible acoustics!
We begin with gentle stretching and guided relaxation meditation to prepare you to fully receive the vibrations. Plus, you can receive Reflexology/ Thai massage during the journey!
