After a mindful nature walk (weather dependent) through the Garden amongst the trees, flowers, and creatures, immerse in harmonic tones from crystal alchemy bowls, Koshi chimes, and more. These frequencies can slow busy thoughts, steady the breath, and enhance presence, leaving you grounded, open-hearted, and inspired.
Instructor Bio: Jamie, of Harmonic Holistics, is a full-time sound healing practitioner, specializing in trauma-informed stress reduction practices. With a passion for everything meditation-related, she believes everyone can meditate in their own unique way when given guidance, patience, and reassurance. When she isn’t sharing wellness activities, she is hiking, cuddling with her dog, or expressing herself through dance.
