Held within Unity Garden at Earthing, this immersive gathering weaves together Ajna Light, Holy Fire® Reiki, Human Design Insights, Guided Meditation, Live Vocals, Journaling, and a Sound Bath Journey featuring Crystal Singing Bowls, Sacred Instruments, Ambient Electronic Soundscapes & Live PlantWave Frequencies.

As inspiration arises, we're encouraged to organize our thoughts, communicate with clarity, and honor the small steps that create meaningful transformation. Crystal singing bowls, sacred instruments, live vocals, and ambient electronic soundscapes woven together into an immersive listening experience.

• Yoga mat or cushion

Participants are encouraged to bring a journal to capture reflections, observations, inspirations, or creative ideas that may arise during the experience.
Important Notes
Ajna Light Therapy utilizes pulsed light frequencies and is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, a history of photosensitive seizures, or other conditions that may be affected by flickering light.
If you are currently taking prescription antipsychotic Medic*tion, or have any concerns regarding participation in a flickering light experience, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.
Participation in all activities is entirely optional, and attendees are encouraged to engage at a level that feels comfortable and appropriate for them. If you want to opt out of engaging with the Ajna Light Therapy during the Sound Bath please bring an eye mask.
