New Moon Sound Bath Meditation

Join us for a beautiful candlelit intention-setting soundbath in honor of the new moon. During the soundbath you will lie comfortably on your yoga mat, while the sound artist plays a series of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other instruments.

The sound resonates through the space, washing over your body and mind, like a wave. We will create space in our minds and bodies, preparing to receive energy and set new intentions for the next cycle.

What to expect at a soundbath

Many attendees have noted that they are able to clear their minds or meditate on important items like life choices, work or personal matters. Most attendees comment that they feel a sense of tranquility, relaxation and stress-relief following a soundbath experience.
