New Moon Sound Bath

Hi!

My name is Crystal Chinn. I am Japanese American born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii now raising my family in beautiful Colorado. I am a Reiki Master (Japanese art of energy healing) and sound healer and I love to teach and share knowledge of healing in my offerings. I am passionate about sharing my culture as you'll experience a beautiful Hawaiian Oli (Chant) that connects us to our ancestors for a deep healing experience. I use the sharp set quartz crystal singing bowls (secondary chakra system) that helps to achieve a deeper level of release.
The intention for this sound bath is to celebrate the new moon which symbolizes fresh starts, new beginnings, and the potential for growth and transformation.

Please arrive 10-15 min early to settle into your space.

Class Schedule:

• Doors Open 15 min prior
• We will start promptly at 3pm
• 15 min Guided Meditation
• 45 min Sound Bath
• You are welcome to stay and socialize, journal, pull cards, meditate ** I offer oracle card stations to pull from

Details:

• Parking is free and plentiful
• Bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket
• Feel free to bring your journal, oracle cards, or even your crystals to use the sound bath to cleanse and charge them
• Please remove shoes before stepping on the judo mat (bench and cubbies are available to store your things)
