New Moon Sound Bath

Sound Healing helps activate the body's natural healing system for deep restorative healing on a cellular level. This can promote deep relaxation, induce visions, release emotional trauma, and relieve stress and anxiety.

Gather together with a small group to become immersed vibrations as a 32" gong and large crystal singing bowls open the gates of your subconscious to embark on a new moon sound healing. The intention of this ceremony is to leave you feeling clear, grounded, and at peace.

Bring something comfortable to lay on and a sleep mask or scarf to cover your eyes. There will be some time following the journey to share experiences and decompress together.
