New Moon Sound Bath

The second new moon, also knows as the Black Moon, will be on November 30th. The first New Moon, of November is on the first day of the month. This cycle is giving us the chance to experience the Moon in all her phases. This is a powerful season for you to uncover and heal any shadows (limiting beliefs, past experiences, emotional wounds) that you may be experiencing.

• Yoga Mat
• Pillow/Blanket

Mats and pillows are available FCFS

I'm Abigail, the face and sound of Symphony House.

My passion is to help people free themselves from their mental blocks and to channel the word of their Mind, Body, and Spirit while working with them.
