About this Event

Experience a transformative journey with this series of Full and New Moon Sound Healing sessions. Each 60-minute class aligns with the lunar cycles, focusing on intention-setting during the New Moon and reflection and integration during the Full Moon. Sessions feature crystal bowl sound healing, guided breathwork, and reflective prompts designed to cultivate personal insight and deepen your connection with inner wisdom as you navigate the shifting rhythms of life’s cycles.

This is an opportunity for uninterrupted self-care in a nurturing environment. Come as you are—whether you bring joy, grief, rage, exhaustion, or anything else that is alive for you. All emotions are welcome as you relax and restore. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket. The session is designed to be accessible to all, featuring gentle, restorative movement.
