New Moon Sound Bath Ceremony: Aquarius New Moon

Step into your light and set heart-felt intentions for this transformative Aquarius Super New Moon with a magical Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath guided by Sound Healer & Yoga Teacher Irem Tucaltan! Just allow the sound waves to wash away stuck energy, any blockages and enjoy deep relaxation, creativity & inspiration, and experience inner peace.

During this 90-min ceremony we will solidify our intentions with healing sounds to really integrate and embody what we want to create.

Just like the Moon can begin again, so too can we. It is our opportunity to release the old and focus on the new that is emerging.You'll be attuned with nature through sound by listening to Irem's Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls tuned to 432Hz. This frequency corresponds with the Schumann Resonance, the frequency of the Earth! When you listen to this frequency, it helps you to feel grounded and calm as you come into harmony with nature and the universe as a whole.

Despite the word "aqua" in its name, Aquarius is actually the last air sign of the zodiac. Aquarius is ruled by Uranus, the planet that governs innovation, technology, and surprising events. The air energy represents communication, spreading ideas and a free spirit, which we'll further dive into during our sound bath! Connecting with the energies of the lunar cycles, we can get into alignment and elevate our connection to the entire universe.

What to expect

• You'll receive a New Moon manifesting worksheet from Irem a few days before the ceremony
• During this workshop we'll welcome the Aquarius Super New Moon and set heart-centered intentions with a short meditation
• A moment to journal and write down your new moon intentions
• Free spirit movement meditation to connect to your body and allow the energy to begin to flow
• You'll lay back and relax to embark on a journey within
• A soothing meditative sound bath experience with one of a kind Crystal Alchemy bowls

What you need for this experience:

• A journal/paper & pen to write down your new moon intention
• An eye mask or eye pillow is a nice touch!
• Bring along your favorite crystals to be blessed and charged
• Dress comfortably and come ready to relax!
