Join us for a truly unique and magical Morning of SELF-LOVE + SELF-CARE.

Learn to move with your body & breathe. Embrace your inner spirit in this 60 Minute Sound Bath by Christina Ifurung from Kapwa Healing & Yoga Social at Great Divide Brewing.

Please arrive at 10:45am to get checked in & settled in for class

• Class begins with working on our intentions for the new moon.
• Christina from Kapwa Sound Bath will take you on a blissful journey of surrender using the alchemy of crystal sound bowls, Koshi chimes, other healing instruments along with channeled light language in the picturesque Barrel Room of Great Divide in Denver.

Many of us carry dissonant energy within our bodies/cell. The crystal sound bowls emit resonant vibration so that when it collides with our bodies together they create constructive interference. Realigning you to harmony within and creating space and moments to surrender and receive. It's a gift of healing for conscious (and subconscious) elevation. If you feel called for a "slow down" this is your opportunity.

What to Expect: Immerse yourself in a soothing soundbath led by an experienced healer. Enjoy a great relaxing meditation while bathing in soothing sounds of healing vibration! Wind down afterwards with a complimentary Tap Beer or N/A beverage. Family-friendly: Suitable for all levels and bodies, making it a perfect evening for the whole family.

Practical Details:

Attire: Wear comfortable yoga attire.

What to Bring: Don't forget your yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, anything to make yourself comfortable while you meditate and water. Yoga Social (DYS) will have a few extra mats available on a first-come, first-served basis.
