Tibetan singing bowls are used as sound healing instruments because their tones create subtle vibrations that help calm the nervous system and invite deep rest. Sound baths are an easy way to settle into meditation with no effort or expectations. Simply lie back, listen, and receive.

After the session, you’re welcome to stay, connect with others, and learn more about the bowls. If you’re curious, you may even have the chance to play one yourself and experience how these sounds are created.

What to know in advance

• Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. The bowls are best felt and experienced lying down, but chairs are available.
• Please come on time so we can all maximize our time together.
