New Moon Sound Bath & Ceremony - Rooftop Terrace Yaletown

The New Moon on July 7th, 2024, in Cancer invites us to focus on emotional healing and strengthening connections with loved ones. This phase is ideal for setting intentions related to home and personal relationships.

To enhance this lunar event, a 90-minute sound bath will be held on a private roof terrace in Yaletown with stunning city views under the new moon. The session will be led by Stephanie and Kasia.

What to Expect:

Refreshments: Tea, snacks, and optional plant medicine are available to enhance your experience.

Sound Healing Session: Featuring crystal bowls, pyramids, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. Each instrument is meticulously played to balance your energy, promote deep relaxation, and facilitate a profound healing experience.

Burning Ceremony: Following the sound journey, participate in a symbolic burning ceremony to release what no longer serves you and set intentions for the future. This powerful ritual harnesses the energy of the new moon to amplify your intentions and bring clarity and renewal.

Optional Sharing Circle: After the ceremony, join a sharing circle to reflect on your experiences, connect with others, and integrate the evening's energies in a supportive community setting.

What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow to stay comfortable on the open rooftop. Dress appropriately for the weather as the rooftop is exposed to the elements. A limited supply of yoga mats and blankets will be available.

Weather Preparedness: Check the weather forecast and dress in layers for comfort throughout the evening. Additional blankets or jackets are recommended if the night is expected to be cool.

Inspired by the impact of sound healing, Kasia has dedicated herself to exploring and sharing the healing potential of music and frequencies. She combines her musical background with spiritual practices, including Reiki, shamanic techniques, and meditation instruction, forming Mystic Meditations.
