New Moon Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony

Join us under the tranquil embrace of December's first New Moon for an ethereal evening of sound healing and inner exploration. This New Moon Sound Bath is crafted to align your energy with the renewing power of the lunar cycle, offering a serene escape from the bustle of daily life. As this new moon invites fresh beginnings, this sound bath provides the perfect space to set intentions, release old patterns, and cultivate peace. Guided by Gigi Turner, PsyD, our sound bath practitioner, you’ll experience an immersive journey into vibrational healing. For an amplified effect, we invite you to attend both December New Moon Sound Baths and harness the full potential of this rare lunar occurrence.

What to Expect:

• Opening Meditation: Begin with a guided meditation to center your thoughts and open your heart to the healing journey ahead.
• Sound Bath Experience: Immerse yourself in the resonating sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, flutes and many other harmonic instruments from around the world. The vibrations will envelope you, facilitating deep relaxation and a meditative state.
• Intention Setting: Harness the energy of the new moon to set personal intentions, fostering growth and positive change in your life.
• Closing Reflections: Conclude the evening with a brief session of communal sharing, where attendees can reflect on their experience and share insights in a supportive and nurturing environment.

WHAT TO BRING:

If possible, we ask that you please bring your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats, and your favorite pillow. No yoga mat needed! We can provide these items for you if you're unable to bring them. Please dress comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.

For the best experience and to ensure a harmonious start for all participants, we kindly request your timely arrival. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Doors open 7 minutes before event start time.

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body/brain injury, tinnitus, epilepsy, metal in the body, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath.
