“I release everything, to open to anything” The Scorpio shadow isn’t something to fear, but something to work with. When I view the shadow through a Scorpio lens, I think about how we speak to ourselves and behave in vulnerable moments. Under the New Moon in Scorpio, think about how you talk to yourself when you’re in shadow and struggle. The New Moon offers compassion, empathy and attunement. It gives us the chance to bring light to our shadow through self connection, empathy, and relief – by acknowledging our emotions and fully surrendering to them, we give ourselves permission to heal, to grow, to clear our system in order to open up fully to the manifestive energy of December, ending the year attuned towards opportunity and a clear slate.
November is here to support full release, in preparation for the expansive and grand energy of December.
We will connect to this energy with a soothing Yin Yoga & Sound Vibrations class in Zürich to fully let go and clear your nervous system. Stretching, relaxing and grounding, with sound & tuning fork massages on the body, allowing expansion of the new moon energy to set in. The class will end with a yoga nidra meditation with sound healing to keep you leaving revived and floaty towards the weekend.
