Join us for New Moon Yoga in December🌑As the moon slips into her quiet darkness, we gather to soften, breathe, and begin again.
Join us for a gentle, beginner welcoming, Restorative + Yin experience woven with:
✨ Intentional breathwork
✨ Guided journal prompts
✨ Oracle card pulls for insight
This class is designed to help you settle into your body, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and plant seeds for the cycle ahead.
We provide all props and cozy supports for your practice.
Journals and water bottles encouraged.
