The New Moon invites us to slow down, turn inward, and plant the seeds for what we wish to cultivate in the weeks ahead. Join Kristie and Amy for a soft, nurturing evening of gentle movement, guided meditation, reflection, and intention setting.
This New Moon falls in Cancer, the sign of home, intuition, emotional well-being, and heartfelt connection. Cancer energy encourages us to create safety within ourselves, honor our feelings, and reconnect with what truly nourishes us. It is a powerful time to set intentions around self-care, family, relationships, healing, and the dreams that support your sense of belonging and purpose.
Together, we'll create space to connect with your inner wisdom, clarify your desires, and align with the energy of new beginnings. This introspective practice will include time for journaling, so please bring a journal and something to write with.
Each participant will receive a special crystal token to support their intentions and serve as a reminder of the seeds being planted during this sacred New Moon gathering.
