Our last round of 2024!
We release in different ways. There’s a physical release, an emotional release and a mental release. It’s rare to find a practice that opens the pathway for all of them and that’s the space we are creating together on the 3 of Nov
From Osho Dynamic Meditation which has been practiced since the 70s, it’s a very powerful technique that consists of 5 stages, each lasting for 10-15 minutes. Each of the steps are put together in a way to show us the power we have within ourselves without getting caught up too much in the mind. We go through stillness, we go through movement, we go through catharsis. We welcome it all, to move it all.
Followed by a light Conscious Connected Breathwork after, where we lie down to breathe using our mouths for a short period of time that moves any of the energy that is still present. We use this time to create safety for our hearts and space for all that showed up.
Finally, we relax into a soothing sound healing session, allowing our nervous system to just be. The frequencies and vibrations from the crystal sound is a beautiful way to wrap up the session after such a powerful release.
