Join me for a deeply nourishing evening of sound healing and intention setting under the grounding New Moon in Taurus. This lunar energy invites us to slow down, reconnect to the body, and root into stability, self-worth, and abundance.

This is a powerful moment for grounding your energy, releasing tension, and consciously planting intentions that support long-term growth and inner security.

During this restorative experience, you will be guided through a gentle Reiki meditation to help you settle into your body, calm the nervous system, and open your energy field to receive. From here, you will be immersed in a deeply healing Sound Bath using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and sacred percussion instruments designed to support relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance.

The frequencies work on a cellular level, encouraging the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the energetic system to rebalance. Many participants experience deep rest, emotional grounding, and a renewed sense of clarity and stability.

As the sound journey gently comes to a close, we move into a period of integration before finishing with oracle card guidance, offering intuitive reflections to support your intentions for the new lunar cycle ahead.

Creating a cosy, supportive nest for yourself allows the body to fully relax and receive the healing vibrations of sound.

· Yoga mat or reclining chair (you’ll be lying down during the sound journey)

· Blanket, pillow & eye mask for comfort and warmth

· Crystals to amplify healing and recharge with fresh sonic energy

· Warm, cosy clothing & socks to keep your body relaxed and supported

The more comfortable you are, the deeper your nervous system can soften — allowing the healing to unfold ✨

Important Information:

· Doors open at 19:30 — please arrive promptly to settle in.

· Doors close at 19:45 sharp (no late entry to preserve the sacred space).

· Free parking on local streets.

· Nearest Tube Stations: Wanstead & Snaresbrook.

· No previous experience necessary

· If you have Tinnitus, you may wish to lay further back from the bowls.

· If you have any sensitivities to sound, please discuss in advance to purchasing your ticket.

· If you are pregnant, and after the 1st trimester, please bring plenty of cushions to support yourself.

· Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy

· Those with a severe mental health condition
